Quotes, down payments and the payment due on delivery.

Take the measurements and prepare the quote in the panel; the customer signs in the space at the end of the PDF. Once you take the job, write the order price on a sales record: the down payment and the payment on delivery both land on that record, and it shows what remains.

Why Bi'Bulut?

This is not a production system; it is about the price you gave and the money due on delivery not being forgotten. Before and after:

BeforeThe price is written on the back of the measurement sheet and the customer remembers another figureNowThe quote comes out as a PDF with a signature area for the customer at the end
BeforeWhether fitting is included is argued about on deliveryNowOptional work is an optional item with its own price
BeforeThe down payment is in a diary and the remainder is worked out again on deliveryNowThe down payment lands on the record as a payment and the remainder is shown on it
BeforeBank details for the down payment are sent in a separate messageNowThe bank account is part of the quote
BeforeWhat you owe the board supplier is kept in your head and the date slipsNowThe due date from the payment plan sits on the due dates screen

Users included

10 users are included: the joiner who measures enters the quote and you enter the payments.

Cancel when you want

The first 14 days are free with no card details. You cancel the monthly or yearly plan when you want; cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep using it until the end of the period you paid for.

The workshop's quotes and payments, in one panel.

The quote becomes a PDF, the order price goes on a sales record, each payment lands on that record and material bills keep their due dates.

  • Quote after measuring

Write units, worktop and fitting as separate items and add sizes and materials as a description under each item.

  • Quote with images

Add an image to the quote's introduction: put the drawing or a sample photo inside the quote.

  • Customer approval area

The customer signs and stamps in the space at the end of the PDF.

  • Down payment and remainder

Enter the down payment on the order day and the rest on delivery; both land on the same record, which shows what is paid and what remains.

  • Bank account on the quote

Add your bank account to the quote; the customer sees where to send the down payment.

  • Material and subcontract costs

Write board, hinge and paint invoices as expenses, itemised or as one amount; the due date of goods bought on credit sits on the due dates screen.

A partner that actually helps the furniture workshop.

Bi'Bulut sets up the same record keeping for a single joiner building kitchen units and for a furniture workshop with several fitting crews.

Questions on your mind

What furniture makers and joiners ask most. If the answer is not here, leave your number.

What is furniture workshop software, and what does it do?

It keeps a workshop's quotes, order prices, payments and material costs on record. Bi'Bulut is cloud-based back office software for furniture and joinery workshops: the quote comes out as a PDF, the order price is written on a sales record, the down payment and the remainder land on that record as payments and the invoice is issued from it. It does not track orders or production.

Does it track production or produce cutting lists?

No. Bi'Bulut is a back office program: quotes, sales records, payments, expenses, accounts and invoices. Production stages, job tickets, cutting lists and board optimisation are not in the product.

Can I add a drawing or a sample photo to the quote?

Yes, in the introduction. You can add tables and images to the quote's introduction. The panel does not make 3D drawings; you add an image you already have.

I took a down payment and the rest is due on delivery; how do I keep track of it?

Write the order price on a sales record and enter the down payment as a payment. The record's payment detail shows what is paid and what remains; on delivery you enter the rest on the same record.
