What is tutoring centre software, and what does it do?
It keeps the student's fee, the parent's instalment payments and the remaining balance in one record. Bi'Bulut covers the money side: the fee goes on a receipt, each instalment is a payment on the parent's account, the remainder stays an open item. Attendance and timetables are not part of it.
The parent pays; how do I keep track of the student?
Open the account card in the paying parent's name and write the student's name and notes on the card's notes tab. A parent with several children has all receipts on one card and one balance. There is no separate student record or attendance module.
Does it build an instalment table?
No, it does not produce an instalment table. You record the fee and enter each payment as it arrives; the outstanding total sits on the summary panel.
Does it handle attendance and lesson timetables?
No. Bi'Bulut is a back office program: fees, payments, costs, accounts and invoices. Student files, attendance and lesson timetables are not in the product.
