Do I retype the parts I fit every day?
No. Define them once in the services and items screens with code, group, unit price and VAT rate, then pick them from the list on every receipt.
How do I return a wrong part?
Press Return on the purchase receipt and the return document is created for you. Sales and purchase returns collect in one Returns list.
Does it handle job cards and service history?
No. Bi'Bulut is a back office program: sales, purchases, returns, accounts, payments and invoices. Job cards, plate records, service history and a booking calendar are not in the product.
