Bi'Bulut

Let customer messages gather in one inbox.

WhatsApp Business Platform, your Instagram professional account and your Facebook Page (Messenger) messages land on the same screen inside Bi'Bulut. You do not open a separate app.

All solutions

Who it is for

For businesses that talk to customers in writing rather than on the phone and follow those messages scattered across different apps.

  • Businesses that discuss the order and the delivery day by message
  • Teams where one person watches WhatsApp and another watches Instagram
  • Support desks answering the same question in writing many times a day
  • Businesses where reminders go out from a staff member's own phone

Three channels, one inbox

Messaging is not a separate product but a module inside the panel you already use. Messages from three channels land in the same place and you write the reply from there.

  • Messages coming through WhatsApp Business Platform
  • Messages coming to your Instagram professional account
  • Messenger messages coming to your Facebook Page
  • All three gather in one inbox, with no separate app to open
  • The module runs inside Bi'Bulut and is not a separate product

You connect the accounts and they stay yours

We do not set up the connection, you do. Setup runs through Meta's own flow (embedded signup), and the connected account stays owned by the business.

  • You connect your WhatsApp Business, Instagram and Facebook Page accounts yourself
  • Setup is done through Meta's embedded signup flow
  • Connected accounts are owned by the business
  • You cut access from Meta Business Manager whenever you want
  • The moment access is cut, the module can no longer reach that account's messages

The 24 hour rule on WhatsApp

Meta decides when you can write what on WhatsApp. The rule is this: free text can be sent within 24 hours of the customer writing to you, and once that window closes only a template approved by Meta goes out.

  • Free text is written within 24 hours of the customer's last message
  • Once the 24 hours are up, free text is not sent
  • While the window is closed, only a message template approved by Meta goes out
  • You manage message templates from the panel, and Meta gives the approval
  • There is no such thing as bulk messaging anyone at any time

What it does in daily work

The module gathers the day's written work in one place: reminders, confirmations and support replies all run from the same screen.

  • You remind customers of the meeting and the delivery day
  • You send the order confirmation in writing
  • The payment reminder goes out from the business's own account
  • You answer customer support questions from the same screen
  • You see the delivery status of the message you sent

What happens to message data

Message data is processed only to provide this service. It has no other purpose and goes nowhere else.

  • Data is processed only to provide the messaging service
  • It is not sold to third parties and not shared with third parties
  • It is not used for advertising or profiling
  • Each business reaches only its own data
  • The legal entity providing the service: MANTA Teknoloji ve Bilişim Sistemleri Limited Şirketi

What changes

The difference between following messages in three separate apps and gathering them in one place:

EskidenŞimdi
WhatsApp on a separate phone, Instagram in a separate appMessages from three channels in the same inbox
Who wrote what to the customer stays on a staff member's phoneThe conversation is on the business account and sits in the panel
The account runs from a staff member's own profileThe account is owned by the business and access is managed from Business Manager
Whether the message arrived is unknownThe delivery status of the sent message is visible
Why a message did not go out is unclearThe 24 hour window and the approved template rule are known in advance

Frequently asked

Is messaging a separate product?

No. It is a module inside the Bi'Bulut panel you already use. You do not download another app or open another account; customer messages land in an inbox inside the panel you run the business from.

Which channels can be connected?

Three channels: WhatsApp Business Platform, the messages coming to your Instagram professional account, and the Messenger messages coming to your Facebook Page. All three gather in one inbox. There is no other channel today.

How do I connect my account, and can I take it back?

You connect the account yourself: setup runs through Meta's embedded signup flow, so you give the permission from your own account. The account stays owned by the business. If you change your mind you cut access from Meta Business Manager, and from that moment the module can no longer reach that account's messages.

Can I send bulk messages whenever I want?

No, the WhatsApp rule does not allow it. You can send free text within 24 hours of the customer writing to you. Once that window closes, only a message template approved by Meta goes out. Meta sets the rule and we write it down as it is.

What does a message template mean?

A message pattern written in advance and sent to Meta for approval. While the 24 hour window is closed you can only write to the customer with an approved template. You manage templates from the panel; Meta is the side that approves them, and nothing is sent with a template that has not passed approval.

Is my message data used anywhere else?

No. Message data is processed only to provide this service; it is not sold to third parties, not shared, and not used for advertising or profiling. Each business reaches only its own data.

Who provides the service?

MANTA Teknoloji ve Bilişim Sistemleri Limited Şirketi. Bi'Bulut is that company's product, and the messaging module runs inside the same product.
