What is e-commerce bookkeeping software?
It keeps the invoice, return, payment and expense of online sales in one record. In Bi'Bulut the sale is written on a receipt and the invoice comes off the same receipt. There is no marketplace or site integration, so you enter the order yourself.
Does it integrate with marketplaces or my online shop?
No. The systems Bi'Bulut connects to are the GİB e-Invoice system, e-Archive, bank collections, WhatsApp and Excel/PDF. Marketplaces and e-commerce sites are not on that list.
How do I keep track of returns?
Returns collect in the Returns tab of both the Sales and Expenses screens. A return document is read-only and can be invoiced with the return document type if needed.
Is there stock or order management?
No. Bi'Bulut runs the bookkeeping side: receipts, returns, accounts, payments and e-invoicing. Stock, orders, dispatch and barcodes are out of scope.
