What is back office software for consultants, and what does it do?
It is the software where a consultant's quotes, receipts or invoices, incoming payments and expenses are recorded. Bi'Bulut is cloud-based back office software for consultants and consultancies: the quote comes out as a PDF, the monthly or per-job fee is written on a sales record, the receipt or e-Invoice is raised from that record and each payment lands on it. It does not track time or manage projects.
Does it have timesheets and project management?
No. Bi'Bulut keeps the money side of consulting: the quotes you give, the receipts or invoices you raise, the payments, the expenses and what each client owes. Timesheets that count hours worked, task boards and project stages are not in the product.
I bill the same fee every month; do I retype it each time?
No. Copy last month's record in the sales list, save the new one and press Invoice. The document is not issued on its own: you open each month's record and raise its document yourself.
Does it calculate withholding tax and tax returns?
No, it does no tax calculation. Your accountant works out withholding, provisional tax and the tax return; what sits in Bi'Bulut is the record of the documents you issue, the payments you receive and your expenses.
